UK Shipping Times:

All UK parcel shipments are sent using a next day courier service and are normally delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays). Larger items that require shipping on a pallet are sent via a freight service which takes 1-2 days for delivery.

European, USA and Rest of World Deliveries:

All deliveries outside of the UK are shipped with an international economy courier service usually FedEx or DHL. For an estimate of shipping times on overseas purchases please contact us using the Ask Seller a question feature on eBay or use the shipping tool on ebay. We may on occasion use alternative couriers to deliver your order. This will be on the same service levels as above and we will let you know tracking details for the order when it has shipped.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the courier. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands and some parts of northern Scotland may take longer to arrive than mainland UK.

We are experienced in shipping goods worldwide. Orders shipping outside of the UK may require some additional information from you to allow us to complete customs paperwork. Not providing this information when requested may incur delays in customs processing. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which the customer shall be liable for.

EORI Numbers

From the 1st January 2021 all EU customers will require an EORI to import goods purchased from the UK. This rule is for businesses and individuals alike.

What is an EORI number?

It is used by customs and other authorities to monitor and track shipments coming into and out of the European Union. Customers should apply online to their local tax authority to obtain this number.

Placing an order without first obtaining your EORI number could result in a shipping delay.
