    Yes. Equipment Cisco no longer supports still has a strong secondary market, particularly for spares and for organisations running older estates. End-of-life does not mean worthless - it just means the price is different, and we will tell you honestly what it is.

    We still buy them. Faulty switches, routers and phones have value for parts and refurbishment. Tell us what is wrong when you send the list and we will price accordingly rather than turning it away.

    Every device is wiped to factory defaults and all configurations, credentials and licence bindings are removed. We can provide a certificate of erasure on request, and for larger estates we can carry out data destruction on site before anything leaves your building.

    It comes down to the exact part number, the generation, condition and completeness, whether it is licensed, and how many units you have. Volume usually helps. We have traded new and used networking hardware for decades, so the quote reflects what the kit genuinely sells for - not a lowball opening offer.
