Voice & Data Resale (VDR Resale) ships refurbished and new IT and telecoms equipment across the UK and worldwide. This Delivery Policy explains our delivery options, costs and timescales for orders placed through our online shop.

Custom delivery solutions available to specification

VDR Resale can provide custom delivery solutions for our wholesale partners. Please contact us to make a customised request and a member of our warehouse team will create a proposal for you.

Online shop delivery policy

For products purchased through our online shop, use the following information to understand your delivery costs.

Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland

Orders are processed and delivered to you within 2-3 working days to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

All deliveries are sent by Recorded Delivery. You will be provided a tracking number and information within 2-3 working days.

Except when otherwise stated or advised to the customer, the delivery charges are £12.50 plus VAT per package up to 10kg and a further £12.50 per extra 10kg or part thereof to any destination on the UK mainland. This rate may change without notice.

Next day delivery to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland

In some situations we can offer next day Recorded Delivery. We will notify you if next day delivery is unavailable for any items in your order and make an alternate arrangement with you.

Please note: next day delivery from point of order is not guaranteed and will be dependent on the item being in stock.

Free delivery to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland

On some occasions free delivery can be available on your order. We will notify you when your order is eligible for free delivery.

Delivery to the rest of the world

Allow up to 5 days for delivery to the rest of the world. All deliveries are sent by Recorded Delivery. You will be provided a tracking number and information about your delivery after processing your order.

• Small packages: up to 100 x 80 x 80
• Large packages: more than 100 x 80 x 80

Next day delivery to the rest of the world
